I mean, these ex-NFL stars are EXTREMELY athletic. And a lot of drills they have been doing for years are functional and very very explosive. I would expect these ex-NFL guys to use their power and learn wrestling so their strengths (grappling, power, explosion) be used instead of standing and banging. It would just be a smarter move.
