Nogueira, Couture, Marquardt and Rosholt earn “FOTN” bonuses at UFC 102
The Ultimate Fighting Championship dished out fight bonuses of $60,000 to Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira, Randy Couture, Nate Marquardt and Jake Rosholt for their performances during UFC 102.
Nogueira and Couture scooped up the extra dough for their main event battle that was ruled to be the “Fight of the Night”, and deservedly so.
Marquardt earned the “Knockout of the Night” nod for the huge right hand he smashed into Maia’s face in the early moments of round one that left the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt in a heap.
Rosholt picked up his first UFC victory and the much sought after “Submission of the Night” bonus in the process as he caught Chris Leben in a nasty consciousness severing side choke in the third and final round.

even though we saw the record breaking 7 second ko, it wasnt a one punch ko like Nates.

What about that kid Duffie? Wasn’t his ko the fastest in UFC history? You could make an argument that his ko was as dramatic as Marquardt’s.
