Daniel Cormier vs. Gary Frazier set for Strikeforce Challengers
A heavyweight bout between fellow Oklahomans Daniel Cormier and Gary Frazier has been set for “Strikeforce Challengers: Kennedy vs. Cummings“.
The event is set to take place from the SpiritBank Event Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Friday, September 25, airing live on Showtime.
Both men will be making their professional debuts in the bout, and both hail from the area of the event. Cormier (currently training out of AKA), a two-time United States Olympian, and a six-time U.S. National Champion, put together a record of 117-10 while competing out of Oklahoma State University, while Frazier is a two-time state champion wrestler out of Oklahoma for Shawnee High.

Im excited to see Cormier fight. OSU has such great wrestlers and with him training at AKA you know he is getting some of the best coaching possible. These powerhouse wrestling schools are sure putting out a ton of MMA fighters lately.

Cant wait to finally see Cormier fight. All of the info 5oz has been giving us on him I feel like I know the guy already. Hope he is able to pull out a W and make a career out of this.
