I’ve always liked Mayhem. He is well spoken when he wants to be, doesn’t get caught up in too much trash talk, carries himself well and is entertaining. I think he is good for the sport as a whole and hope he does well.

Makington: I’ve always found Mayhem to be one of the most likable and affable fighters in MMA. Sometimes he laughs a little too loud at everything but he sure is a character.

And half the time its at his own joke hes laughing so hard lol. But seriously this is a good cause, I’m glad they’re doing it. The cynic in me wonders how much difference it will make to bullies, but I’m sure the bullied are all ears. As the inimitable Bas Rutten said, “Never underestimate the kick to the groin.” Come to think of it, Bas was bullied as a youth as well, maybe thats where he first tried it out.

This is really good that they’re giving back like this though, and it’s sure to bring Strikeforce some really positive press having fighters that stand up for their communities as well.

I am shocked that these words ever came out of mayhems mouth. Was probably gona root for shields but for the next couple days im gonna be a mayhem monkey.
