FiveOuncesofPain.com will be providing live results of Strikeforce: Fedor vs. Rogers starting at 7pm ET. The event is taking place at the Sears Centre Arena in Hoffman Estates, Ill.
The event will air Live on CBS at 9pm ( on the East Coast) and is headlined by a main event featuring Fedor Emelianenko vs. Brett Rogers. Also on the card a middleweight title fight between Jake Shields and Jason “Mayhem” Miller.
The three round bout between Emelianenko and Rogers will now hold the Russian’s WAMMA heavyweight title in the balance.

big kick by silva, they exchange rt hands. they are clinched on the cage again,

ref stopped it, and back to center of cage. werdum w/ kick, silva clinches again, they are back up against the cage. werdum gets the takedown, and is in half guard.

That was a good card overall and Brett Rogers proved he is for real. Fedor of course proved why he’s the best HW in the world, I was pumped watching this card and that fight.

Rogers was out skilled and out classed plain and simple and while Fedor was gracious in his comments Rogers just showed he is a bitch and has zero class in defeat.

First time posting, long time lurker. I thought rogers acted like an elite fighter in saying that he mad a mistake and that cost him the bout. I was not a fan of his before this fight, but i have more respect for him by this showing, btw, I gave him NO CHANCE before the bout began, but found myself torn at the start of the second round. nice FREE card by strikeforce.

Yah I know eh, the commentator had to shut him right up. I always thought he came off like a meat head sometimes. You would think getting KO’d would teach you some respect.
Overall, all my picks were correct in almost all the ways I called them except Miller/Shields. I was really pulling for Miller but he seemed too content to fight off his back. It almost seemed like he was waiting all 25 minutes for Jake to gas himself out so he could take control.

Great card!!! Hope that they can make this work and be profitable. For their 1st show on major TV, thought it was pretty good, need to tighten it up a little, but overall great show.
1st chance to see Mousasi live and he is very impressive. If Dana is telling the truth and Henderson is signed by Strikeforce, that is igoing to be a hell of a fight.

Awesome card! I loved the main event! I have to admit I got the least bit of nervousness when Rogers was standing over Fedor dropping Bombs. However like mentioned before, Fedor shows why he is the dominate force that he is. UFC watch out.
