An inevitable rubbermatch between two of the world’s most dangerous strikers was set up last evening during the K-1 World Grand Prix 2009 Finals as Semmy Schilt clinched this year’s tournament champion with a thorough beatdown over a fellow Dutchman that had embarrassed him earlier this year, Badr Hari.

Fell free to check out both of the meeting’s between the deadly duo, the first of which took place during “It’s Showtime 2009 Amsterdam” in May of this year, and the rematch that went down in the finals of the K-1 GP.

Hari sure didn’t lose for lack of trying! He was swinging to take Schilt’s head off with those punches. Hari still has the most badass name in big time martial arts.

After Semmy’s record setting performence in the K-1 Finals…how can anyone go against this man?

    He seems unstoppable to me.

Yeah, Badr was swinging hard for Schilt’s head…but not a one of those punches were even close to doing any damage. Semmy was simply swatting them away.

Meanwhile, Semmy was able to drop Badr with a jab.

    A JAB!

I mean Semmy almost takes all the fun out of it because he is so damn big and so damn good. And other than somebody getting lucky and dropping the big man once every blue moon…who does the K-1 have that can consistantly compete with him?

    Answer: nobody.

Agree or Disagree: Thumb up 4 Thumb down 6
