UFC 108 sells 8000 tickets for $1.97 million gate

According to figures just released by the Nevada State Athletic Commission, January 2nd’s showdown between former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Rashad Evans and rising contender Thiago Silva sold 8,004 tickets for a total gate of $1,969,670.
