UFC 111 Live Results
UFC 111 is all set to take place ths evening from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.
Headling the card will be a welterweight championship showdown between Georges St. Pierre and Dan Hardy, while Frank Mir and Shane Carwin will duke it out in the co-headliner for the UFC interim heavyweight title.
FiveOuncesofPain.com‘s coverage of the card will kick off with the first preliminary match up at roughly 7:15 pm ET (4:15 pm PT), with the main portion of the event slated to begin at 10 pm ET (7 pm PT).

2nd time Mir has been a Deer in the headlights?? First with Lesnar when he didn’t move on while on the ground just letting himself get pounded without trying to shrimp out or move at all and now with Carwin up against the fence just letting himself get pounded not throwing any knees or trying to move Carwin at all. Great card.
1. I thought it was illegal to spike someone onto their head, and it happened twice this card.
2. The ground game is beautiful to watch when done.correctly (GSP, Palhares, Pelegrino and Camoes), but painfully boring when well, when your Jon Fitch. I will not pay to watch another UFC with Fitch on the card.
3. Carwin is a cybernetic organism made of living tissue over a metal endoskeleton.
4. GSP needs to fight Anderson Silva. I don’t care if it’s at a catchweight.
