Report: Tito Ortiz arrested for domestic violence against Jenna Jameson
A recent breaking report over at TMZ has indicated that former UFC light heavyweight champion and current coach of the eleventh season of The Ultimate Fighter, Tito Ortiz, has recently been booked for domestic violence for an incident with the mother of his twin children, Jenna Jameson, in the couple’s hometown of Huntington Beach, California.
The report further indicated that Jameson had “visible injuries” when police arrived after a 911 call reported a “disturbance”at the residence according to sources obtained through TMZ.
Ortiz is currently in custody and on his way to the Huntington Beach jail in Orange County, California according to the information received through the tremendously poular celebrity driven website.

Jenna Jameson receiving “visible injuries” is horrible. However, “booked” for domestic violence is not the same as “guilty” of domestic violence and there always two sides of a story. However, one side (Jenna’s) of the story has to be fairly incriminating for Tito to get booked.
I genuinely hope Tito did not physically abuse Jenna and that there is some sort of misunderstanding or hyperbole regarding the accusations.

I’m gonna reserve my judgment on Tito for this one until more info comes out. It’s easy to hate on him, but in truth, I have a hard time seeing him as the kinda guy to abuse his wife…..even if it is Jenna.:0

Innocent until proven guilty.
Besides, if she wanted him to leave but he didn’t want to the cops would probably take him into custody just to avoid him leaving and then coming back later. The cops have a bit of leeway when dealing with a domestic issue if they think they can help de-escalate a situation.

i gotta say at least tito finally won a fight wonder if he finished her or took her to a decision….ok cheap joke aside which has been killin me to say my personal opinion is most men are innocent when theyre booked for this nonsense because its gotten outta control with police siding with women titos case i really cant elaborate cause i wasnt there i hope for all involved his innocent and its just jenna and the police and press taking it out of proportion…on a side note i can never change my password on here so i can never sign on anyone help me?

Unfortunat situation here added to the fact that no matter what really happened it will be blown way out of proportion because she is a porn star and he is a cagefighter. Just like in the Anthony Johnson case though one incident does not make you a a complete waste- everybody makes mistakes. But if any fighter had this type of situation happen more than once they should be cut, no questions asked.

When looking at the pics on tmz there is a cameraman like two feet from Tito n the cops, he might as well be one of the cops. How do these paparazzi guys get that close to cops and ppl in custody ?? I’m from NYC if a camera man got that close to a cop while putting a perp in The car or taking someone into custody I’m pretty sure that guy or the camera would have been on the ground. To me that’s just crazy.

Tito said in his book that he had a messed up childhood. It is not surprising that some people who suffer abuse gravitate toward fighting (in or out of the cage) as a way to feel empowered after abuse… funny enough a lot of women do porn for exactly those reasons. But a lot of people who get beat on as kids also find a way to transcend the abuse without becoming abusers themselves. Beating the mother of his children is only continuing the cycle of trauma as he has two sons.
People might be flip becuase Jenna was a sex worker but shes also a mom and it goes without saying she’s a human being. Jenna has been one of Tito’s biggest champions- in all her interviews she glows when she talks about him to Oprah or MMA reporters or on their website videos. Jenna quit porn (aka her source of income) to have a monogamous relationship with Tito. She had his children and then had to have radical surgery a year later to deal with an ectopic pregnancy that resulted after they wanted more children.
Jenna did not deserve to get hit. In her book she discloses how has been the survivor of numerous abusive relationships. I am really glad for her sake, and the sake of her sons, she decided this time she had enough. I understand Tito has only been charged, and not convicted. But the number of false convictions is absolutely minuscule compared to the incidents of unreported abuse, so if it happened before it could happen again, and that is not right.
Usually, this is where people say gosh, think of the children! But their lives have yet to be written, while Jenna’s and Tito’s lives are in turmoil. He can’t control himself and she has seen her partner turn on her in the most vile way possible. Tito needs to fix himself, and Jenna needs to stay sane and strong for herself and their kids.

Blue is correct here. Had a friend in California whose girlfriend was drinking too much, pushed him physically in his own house, and then reported him to the police for domestic abuse. It all got straightened out in court, but that was after my friend was arrested, and spent thousands on lawyers to beat what proved to be false charges. Let’s see what develops here before convicting Ortiz in the court of public opinion.

I really HATE HATE HATE Tito, but to be honest, I’m on his side here.
I would figure Jenna went nuts on him after confronting her about the drugs, he probably grabbed her arms to try to calm her down and make her stop, and being a tiny girl and him being a huge guy she got hurt a little. I doubt it was in any way intentional.
She’s stated he didn’t beat her. I’d like to see how this all works out, but I doubt Tito did anything really wrong. Shit, it’s pretty obvious how much he cares for this chick even knowing her past.

Both of them have enough baggage to keep a team of therapists working full time for decades, so who the hell knows where the fault lies. I don’t know how it works in California, but in my state when 5-0 responds to a domestic call, somebody is going to jail And the prosecutor can pursue charges even if the victim refuses to testify or doesn’t want the accused to be prosecuted. Tito will lawyer up with somebody competent, so even if he’s at fault, and assuming he doesn’t have a prior history, he’ll probably go through a diversion with anger managment treatment as a requirement.
