I'm with you though on wanting to see the title fights, but I don't think we will have to wait three years like SF to see a title defended. Instead of going out and getting UFC castoffs and has beens they go out and sign young talent. Also a sidenote; if Pat Curran defeats Eddie Alverez woulndn't he have to be in the running for fighter of the year? With wins over Huerta (I know that it happened last year), Ilmada (contervsial as it my be), and a (hypothetical) win over Alverez I can't think of anyone else who has had a better 12 months.
