Building on yesterday’s news that Tony Ferguson was one of fourteen men slated for the upcoming season of TUF, Five Ounces of Pain has learned undefeated Myles “The Fury” Jury is also among the group of welterweights currently competing in Las Vegas for the title of Ultimate Fighter Season 13 champ.
Jury, who turned twenty-two this past October, is 9-0 in his career with all nine victories coming by way of a finishing performance. Only one of the King of the Cage veteran’s past opponents has lasted longer than a half-round in the ring against him with four actually falling in the opening minute of action. Though he won his last bout by way of a Neck Crank the bulk of Jury’s success has been the result of striking.
Also notable is the fact Jury’s first professional fight came in 2005 when he was only sixteen years old. 77 seconds later it was over courtesy of a Guillotine Choke.
The Ultimate Fighter Season 13 is set to debut in late March and features welterweights being coached by Brock Lesnar and Junior dos Santos.
