Bellator Season 4 Featherweight Tournament field gets official nod as all on target at weigh-ins

Building on the buzz created by the opening rounds of Bellator Season 4‘s welterweight and lightweight tournaments, the eight featherweights competing for a shot at Joe Warren‘s title and a six-figure payday are stepped on the scale in Concho, Oklahoma with all avoiding an embarrassing stumble as was the case last week when 155-pound participant Ferrid Kheder refused to weigh-in based on an inability to get to an appropriate mark and was replaced at the last minute by Josh Shockley.

The lot of Bellator 37 main card fighters made weight meaning the event will go on as originally scheduled.

Among the group of 145ers ready to rock on MTV2 tomorrow night at 7:00 PM EST are a bevy of talented individuals including two men who will face off at a combined record of 28-3-1 in the form of Patricio “Pitbull” Freire‘s bout against Georgi Karakhanyan.

UFC veterans Roli Delgado and Jake Rosholt will also see action at the event with Delgado facing former WEC competitor Jameel Massouh and Rosholt against John Bryant respectively.
