Patricio “Pitbull” Freire barely misses mark at Bellator 41 weigh-ins

Bellator Fighting Championships is poised to deliver the biggest show of Season 4 thus far when the promotion journeys into Yuma, Arizona this weekend for Bellator 41 and a line-up featuring two Bellator champions in non-title action as well as the semi-final round of the organization’s ongoing featherweight tournament.

The lot of fighters set for tomorrow night’s festivities stepped on the scale earlier this evening with all main card competitors making weight with one exception – featherweight semi-finalist Patricio “Pitbull” Freire. Freire came in a quarter-pound heavy for his bout against Wilson Reis though it is expected their match-up will go on as originally planned as the Brazilian has received additional time to make weight.

Fans can catch all the live main card action tomorrow night on MTV2 starting at 9:00 PM EST.
