Lorenz Larkin remains undefeated with win at Strikeforce Challengers 19

The Strikeforce Challengers series was back with another card full of talented prospects in the form of this evening’s Strikeforce Challengers 19, a show headlined by undefeated striker Lorenz Larkin and also featuring appearances from Ryan Couture and Jason High.

Larkin was originally scheduled to face Virgil Zwicker before the hard-hitting Zwicker was forced out of the fight with an injury and 20-14 Nick Rossborough stepped up to the plate as a replacement.

Rossborough had a valiant showing against Larkin, arguably winning the first round, but ultimately fell on the judges’ scorecards after “Monsoon” edged out the second stanza and dominated the bulk of the third after a perfectly placed knee to Rossborough’s midsection sent him reeling.

Larkin/Rossborough was a close fight, but when you look at the major size difference between the 2 you cant help but be impressed with Larkin, guy needs to drop down to MW, hes a very small 205 and Rossborough was the size of an average HW
