A key bantamweight bout between Mike Easton and Yves Jabouin has been signed to take place at UFC on Fuel 3.

The UFC’s Canadian branch has confirmed the match-up as well as date/location.

Easton (12-1) enters fresh off a decision victory over Jared Papazian that improved his UFC mark to 2-0. Easton’s high energy and relentless style have made him a quick fan favorite inside the Octagon. Comparably, Jabouin (17-7) is 2-1 in his three UFC bouts including a win over Walel Watson his last time out.

UFC on Fuel 3 is set for May 15 from the Patriot Center in Fairfax, Virginia. The main event boasts Dustin Poirier vs. Chan Sung Jung. However, Easton-Jabouin’s spot on the card was not made known when the fight was announced though it seems likely to be destined for the prelims.
