UFC 152 bout between Evan Dunham-T.J. Grant moved to undercard

Evan Dunham is still seen as a fighter to watch, so when UFC 152 became official a few months ago Dunham’s bout with T.J. Grant was linked to the PPV portion of the event. However, with the unexpected addition of Jon Jones‘ title-fight with Vitor Belfort, the two talented lightweights have found themselves off the main card and on the FX-televised prelims, much to the chagrin of Dunham as it turns out.

“Just got bumped from the main card,” Dunham wrote on Twitter Tuesday. “Not happy about it but f*ck it, we will still be FOTN (Fight of the Night).”

Dunham (13-2) picked up consecutive victories over Shamar Bailey and Nik Lentz in his last two outings, while Grant (18-5) is one of three Canadians competing on the card and is also on a two-fight winning streak.

Jones-Belfort is scheduled to serve as the evening’s headliner with other notable fights including a flyweight title-bout between Joseph Benavidez-Demetrious Johnson as well as a middleweight match-up featuring Michael Bisping-Brian Stann.
