Jason Miller charged with misdemeanor in church incident

A few weeks back, former UFC middleweight Jason Miller made headlines for the wrong reasons after being arrested inside a church he’d broken into and then subsequently wrecked. To make matters worse, “Mayhem” was found on the scene while also being completely nude.

Damage was estimated to be at $400.

The Orange Country District Attorney’s office has since filed a charge of misdemeanor vandalism against Miller and has scheduled a November 21 court date at which the 31-year old will enter his plea. If he states he is “not guilty” a pre-trial hearing will then be set.

In a comment to MMAJunkie, the DA’s office confirmed the charge carries the possibility of probation and a year in jail along with it.
