Joe Warren returning to the Bellator cage in November

Joe Warren will be looking to rebound from losing his Bellator featherweight title this fall when he gets back in the cage to face Owen Evinger, brother of female fighter Tonya Evinger. Although a location hasn’t been named, the bout is set to take place at Bellator 80 on November 9.

Warren (7-3) is currently riding a two-fight losing streak with both involving knockouts. Though he’s known for his toughness, Warren hasn’t competed since his March 9 when he was brutalized by current featherweight champion Pat Curran in what many would call one of the worst stoppages of the year.

Evinger (7-3) has also dropped his last two outings and will be looking to turn things around at the event. Evinger first joined Bellator undefeated, but has been submitted in all three of his performances under the promotion’s banner.

Sherdog was first to report the upcoming bout.

Also-for some odd reason this guy gets a lot of attention everytime he speaks-kind of like a poor man’s Chael-He definitely speaks with a unparalleled confidence-reminds me of a half of Ric Flair

He’s usually in fun fights, but every time he’s behind the mic I just want someone to plank him in the cage again.

Warren talked him self up big time before he got KO’d last go round… see if he’s a bit more humble this time out.
