It’s been a year since UFC middleweight champ Anderson Silva defended his title and, depending on whom you ask, tomorrow night could mark the final time. The iconic 185er is set to face Chris Weidman in a bout many are picking to be Silva’s first stumble inside the Octagon due to the unbeaten contender’s skill-set being tailor-made for “The Spider”.
While the outcome of their effort remains to be seen, things are official after Silva and Weidman took to the stage in Las Vegas to weigh-in for UFC 162. Both fighters hit their required marks as expected, as did the rest of the competitors slated to take to the cage.
