UFC featherweight Jimy Hettes caught the MMA world’s attention when he started his Octagon run off with a 2-0 mark with success against Alex Caceres and Nam Phan. However, his star came crashing back down to Earth last September after a decision loss to Marcus Brimage also serving has his first professional stumble.
According to MMAFighting, Hettes will look to bounce back on October 26 in England when he meets regional product Mike Wilkinson on the preliminary portion of the card.
The 26-year old Hettes holds a 10-1 record with nine wins by way of submission. Comparably, Wilkinson is 8-1 in his career including four tap-outs and two TKOs.
UFC Fight Night 30 is headlined by a middleweight match-up between Michael Bisping-Mark Munoz. In addition to Bisping and Wilkinson, other British stars set for the show include Jimi Manuwa, Paul Taylor, and Ross Pearson.
