Things are looking bleak for Jason Miller after the police report attached to his recent arrest was released, painting a picture of exactly why “Mayhem” was taken into custody on Sunday relating to a domestic violence charge. According to the official document, the Orange Country Sheriff’s Department responded to a call on Saturday afternoon from a female saying she and Miller had been in an argument over text messages in his phone when things turned physical.
A number of injuries were noted by the responding officer including “multiple bruises covering both arms and both legs, laceration and bleeding above right eyebrow approximately 1.5 inches wide, and laceration to the right side of face approximately 1.5 inches wide.”
Miller was not on the premises and unable to issue a statement of his own.
At 5:30 AM on Sunday morning, police were dispatched to handle a noise complaint next door to Miller’s residence and found the former UFC fighter outside, “yelling at his neighbors”. He was then detained on the previous allegation of domestic violence before ultimately being released on Monday under a $50,000 bond.
