It was an evening full of action at UFC Fight Night 27 with the lineup producing finishes, comebacks, and a main event effort worthy of its placement on the card. Of course, the beautiful brutality highlighted inside the Octagon came with a price in the form of injury-related fallout. Luckily, the casualties weren’t overwhelming, as a list of medical suspensions attached to the show only featured two competitors likely to see some time on the sidelines based on damage sustained in their respective rumbles.
According to a report from MMAJunkie, Ultimate Fighter alumni Court McGee and Dylan Andrews are both facing indefinite suspensions for unknown injuries. McGee won a closely contested Split Decision over Robert Whittaker, while Andrews came back to finish Papy Abedi with strikes after starting slow.
In the case of Andrews, the 33-year old could be seen favoring his shoulder after the scrap indicating he may have separated it.
