Welterweights Stephen Thompson and Robert Whittaker are the latest addition to the UFC 170 card, officials announced on Wednesday.
The event goes down February 22 from Las Vegas, with former UFC light heavyweight champion Rashad Evans welcoming Daniel Cormier to the division in the main event.
Thompson (8-1) has recovered from a 2012 loss to Matt Brown by defeating Nah-Shon Burrell and Chris Clements since the defeat. He finished Clements via knockout for his second such victory inside the Octagon in September.
Whittaker (11-3) will be looking to get back on track after a split decision loss to Court McGee in August. Prior to that, Whittaker won The Ultimate Fighter: The Smashes and finished fellow TUF winner Colton Smith in 2013.
