The lineup for Bellator 118 on May 2 is set, as Joe Warren will challenge Eduardo Dantas for the bantamweight title.
The card takes place from Atlantic City’s Revel, with the main card airing on Spike TV.
Along with Dantas-Warren for the belt, the recently-postponed season 10 welterweight semifinal between Andrey Koreshkov and Sam Oropeza has been rescheduled for the night. Koreshkov became ill last week and the fight was scrapped.
“I always say things happen for a reason, and this is one of those moments where everything is coming together,” Oropeza said. “It was frustrating to hear the fight got pushed back after training so hard for this semifinal fight, but when we heard I’d be fighting back in Revel so close to friends and family, things really couldn’t have worked out better.
“Bellator has taken great care of me, and I can’t wait to put on a show on May 2 and move onto the finals of this tournament.”
