“My fight week diet depends on how many pounds I have to cut. Usually I have to lose around 10 to 12 pounds.”
Saffiedine is 15-4 and one of the few top UFC fighters from Belgium. He is 5-1 in his last 6 and his only loss came against title hopeful Rory MacDonald.
“On fight week I usually eat all organic. I will eat like small meals during the day, I would drink a lot of water and I would train a little bit.”
