Ross Pearson has fought at two different weight classes in the UFC and knows a thing or two about dropping weight. In this exclusive video he talks to us about what his fight week diet looks like.
“The week of the fight isn’t easy but it’s not hard. It’s comfortable. I get to eat all the way up to the Thursday. I probably drop 10 pounds in water.”
His cutting maybe be easy but his diet is strict.
“Egg whites. Fish. Some fruit. I can eat twice a day.”
Pearson has fought at 145 and says that cut is very difficult.
“When I was at 145 it was disgusting. It wasn’t me. It wasn’t my style. I didn’t like it”
