Would Gamburyan fight at featherweight?
Manny Gamburyan is one of the smaller fighters in the UFC’s lightweight division. With the recent popularity of the featherweight ranks and – of course – Urijah Faber, Gamburyan would seem to be a natural to compete at 145. Also, he would have a much quicker path to a title shot. Gamburyan isn’t opposed to the idea, but he also isn’t in favor of it just yet. I don’t... [Read More...]

Gamburyan’s real dream match-up?
One of the more surprising comments coming from UFC 79 occurred in a post-fight interview with Ultimate Fighter Season 5 runner-up Manny Gamburyan: I would rather fight Nate Diaz than fight for the belt,” said Gamburyan. Thoughts on TUF 5 Finale
I watched last night’s live finale of the fifth season of The Ultimate Fighter. I thought it was a so-so show. The production was terrible last night. It seems like they misfired a lot of pre-recorded stuff and played it during times when Mike Goldberg was supposed to speak live. The pacing of the show also sucked, due in large part to how quick the first two matches were. It was great seeing... [Read More...]
