In this week’s installment of HDNet Fights’ Fight of the Week we are treated to the first ever IFL lightweight championship fight between Team Tompkins and Xtreme Couture member Chris Horodecki and Team Quest fighter Ryan Schultz. Horodecki is undefeated in his MMA career going into this fight and has previously beaten Schultz via TKO at a previous IFL event.... 

The fallout from the IFL debacle continues as Sherdog is reporting that former IFL lightweight champion Ryan Schultz is headed to the Japanese Sengoku promotion. He will start out in the promotion by competing in their first ever 8-man lightweight grand prix.
