The Brazilian magazine Tatame is reporting that the IFL’s last remaining champion, Wagnney Fabiano, has signed a contract to fight in WEC’s featherweight division. Fabiano apparently is already thinking about the current WEC featherweight champion, Urijah Faber: “Faber is the best of the world now. To beat him, I think you have to be in a good shape.... 

As I’m sure you’ve all heard by now, Kazuhiro Nakamura tested positive for marijuana following his loss at UFC 76 to Lyoto Machida. He’s been fined and suspended three months by the California State Athletic Commission. Man, could this whole Pride thing get any worse? The marijuana positive still doesn’t explain the umbrella. The UFC held a combined conference call for the media today in regard to both UFC Fight Night 11 next Wednesday on Spike TV and UFC 76 next Saturday on pay-per-view. Involved with the call were Chuck Liddell, Keith Jardine and Kenny Florian. Dana White and Din Thomas had been advertised for the call but did not attend. UFC PR rep Jennifer Wenk indicated that...
